ABOUT: Founded in 1998, ADDitude is a quarterly magazine with 400,000 readers per issue providing comprehensive ADHD content, including treatments, adult ADHD, parenting, school & learning, and expert columns.

 

MY ROLE: As art director, I instituted a soft redesign and incorporated unique, Ai-generated illustration to give the magazine a unique look and feel.

DESIGN INSIGHT: ADDitude Magazine’s design is centered around delivering information to its readers in a clear and visual engaging way, with an emphasis on bright colors, upbeat imagery and easy readability. Illustration allows difficult topics to be presented in a creative and positive way.

WebMD Posters and Guides

ABOUT: WebMD Point-of-Care programs are distributed to 500,000+ physicians and care locations and through WebMD.com. WebMD custom guides offer patients expert information on a variety of topics, while WebMD posters are a talking point for the exam room.

 

MY ROLE: Leading a department of 3 designers, I design educational projects and create posters and guides.

DESIGN INSIGHT: Though similar in format, each piece is its own design puzzle;  images and text need to be combined in a way that is clear, clean and easy to follow.
